Before you join
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay once for a month or a year and nothing is charged again. We remind you by email before it ends, and you can renew if you like.
What happens when my pass ends?
The classes and the Recipe Book close until you renew. Any class you bought on its own, or the All Access pass, stays yours for good.
Can I renew early or switch to yearly?
Yes, any time. Buy the plan you want and the new time is added on top of the days you have left, so you never lose any.
Can I watch before I join?
Yes. Every class has a free preview lesson, so open any class and watch it first.
I pay with a Qatar debit card
Choose QPay on the payment page. Qatar debit cards do not go through the Visa / Mastercard form.
Can I get a refund?
Only within 7 days of paying, if you were charged twice or by mistake, or a technical problem on our side stopped you watching and we could not fix it. There is no refund for a change of mind. Full details are in our refund policy.
