What happens if you need to cancel an in-person class.
More than three days before
Call the school in business hours for a credit towards a future class or a refund.
Within three days
No refund or credit, because ingredients have already been bought for you.
Sending someone in your place
Always welcome. Just tell the office so the chef knows.
Recorded classes
Digital classes are delivered instantly and are not refundable once accessed.
